The project involved the replacement of two sodium hypochlorite tanks at Naval Base Guam.

​

The scope included two hydrogen dilution blowers, two ultrasonic level indicators for each tank, and all associated piping from the blower discharge to the connection of the tanks. One of the storage tanks had to be kept in service at all times during the replacement.
